The pattern

Registration is the start of the job, and most providers are left to do the rest alone.

  1. Registration day

Exhausted, pre-revenue, and told "well done".

You have just spent months and a good deal of money getting registered. The last thing on your mind is the assessment that is now on the clock.

  2. Eighteen months later

Nothing in place for the inspection.

Policies out of date, no mock inspection, training incomplete, evidence in six places. This is the call we take every week, and it is always made in a hurry.

  3. Any Tuesday

The letter, or the manager's notice.

A Notice of Proposal gives you 28 days to make representations. A registered manager leaving takes the compliance memory of the home with them. Both are normal, and neither is planned for.

The promise

Inspection-ready every month, evidenced in writing, with someone on the phone the day a letter lands.

For single-site and small-group adult social care providers in England. Especially those in their first two years after registration.

What you get each month

A one-page readiness statement with your name on it.

Where you stand on every key question. What is missing. What changed since last month. Produced from your evidence and signed off by your named consultant, an ex-inspector who has read the file.

It is the answer to the question every manager asks in the car park: "what would they find if they walked in today?"

When something goes wrong

Two things end care businesses. Both are covered.

The letter clause

If
CQC serves a warning notice, Notice of Proposal or Notice of Decision on a member service.
Then
Our enforcement team engages within one working day. The first three consultant days are included in your membership.

You never search for help with the clock already running. You already have it.

The manager clause

If
Your registered manager leaves.
Then
Interim cover from our team at member day rates, with a guaranteed start inside ten working days.

The incoming manager inherits a readiness statement and a system, not a filing cabinet.

What keeps it green

Everything that stops the score slipping.

  1. 01

    Named consultant, one working day

One person who knows your service, answers within a working day, and does not disappear when your managers start asking questions.

  2. 02

    Annual on-site mock inspection

Plus a remote mini-mock at six months. Run the way an inspection is run, written up the way an inspector writes.

  3. 03

Policies kept current through the framework change

CQC replaces the Single Assessment Framework with sector-specific frameworks at the end of 2026. Your policy set and evidence map move with it, per service.

  4. 04

    Training seats and unlimited e-learning

Staff turnover reopens the training record every quarter. Seats on our courses and open e-learning keep it closed.

  5. 05

    HLTH Manage, included

The platform your evidence lives in and your statement is read from. Part of the membership, not a separate subscription.

The guarantee

We will never guarantee your rating. We guarantee our own judgement.

Anyone who promises you a rating is selling you something CQC does not give consultants the power to deliver. Treat it as a warning sign.

What we can stand behind is the accuracy of the readiness statement. If your service has held a green statement for three consecutive months and then receives Requires Improvement or worse at assessment, we deliver the remediation plan and the first five consultant days at no charge.

Subject to the terms of the membership agreement.

Why this year

The framework you registered under is being replaced.

Sector-specific frameworks arrive at the end of 2026

CQC consulted on a dedicated adult social care framework in spring 2026 and expects to implement toward the end of the year. Every policy set and evidence map written for the Single Assessment Framework has to move.

34 quality statements become 24 key lines of enquiry

The draft replaces the 34 quality statements with 24 adult social care KLOEs and drops numerical scoring in favour of judgements at key question level. Your evidence has to be re-mapped, not re-written.

Never-assessed services are in the queue

If your service registered under the single framework and has not yet been assessed, you will be assessed under the new one. Members go through the migration with us, on our clock rather than theirs.

Straight answers

The questions we get asked, answered the way we answer them.

Is this a retainer?
No. A retainer buys you hours. This buys you a written position every month and a team already on your side when a letter arrives. The hours are how we deliver it, not what you are paying for.
We have been offered monthly compliance packages before.
So have we, and most of them are a visit on a calendar. The statement is state-driven: it tells you where you stand this month, whether or not anyone visited. Nobody else combines that with enforcement response and interim cover inside the same membership.
We do not have residents yet.
That is what Assured Start is for. The first three months are free, because the first three months are when you have the least money and the most to set up.
What do we actually get each month?
One page with your service's name on it that says where you stand, what is open, and what changed. Everything else in the membership exists to keep that page green.
Who is on the other end of the phone?
A named consultant who is a former inspector or registered manager, and behind them the same enforcement and interim team that HLTH has run for years. Not a helpdesk.
What if we already use HLTH Manage?
It is included. Your subscription folds into the membership and the statement is produced from the evidence you already hold there.

Founding places

We are piloting Assured with a small founding cohort.

Founding members get the pilot price for the life of their membership and a direct say in how the statement is built. If you want a place, or you want to argue with any of this, get in touch and we will set up twenty minutes.

  1. 01

    Twenty-minute call

What you are worried about, when your assessment is likely, who your manager is.

  2. 02

    Baseline statement

Your first readiness statement, produced from what you hold today. Free, and yours to keep whatever you decide.

  3. 03

    Join, or do not

One agreement, twelve months, both clauses in writing. If the baseline says you do not need us yet, we will tell you.
